What made you decide to join the industry?
It was by accident really! I started hairdressing as a Saturday job and ended up falling in love with it. Hair has been an obsession of mine ever since.

How would your clients describe you?
Creative, Honest, Passionate.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
Teaching and editorial work.
Who cuts your hair?
I’m lucky, I’ve got two stylists! Both are the most talented hair cutter’s I’ve ever met. It depends on where I am, but either one of my closest friends Raqui, or PRECISION’s Style Consultant Kelsey.
A time you’ve been proud in hairdressing?
Every single day.
What’s the best career advice you’ve been given?
The moment you think you know everything there is to know about hairdressing, give up! One of the most inspiring mentors I’ve ever had told me that and I will never forget.
Your favourite product?
K-PAK’s rejuvenating 4-step treatment! Or as I like to call it, ‘hair-botox!’ It’s amazing, and the only product I have found that truly revives hair.
Is there anything you dislike about hairdressing?
Primadonnas! Like I said earlier, there’s always room to learn.
Your greatest achievement?
I’ve had quite a few landmarks in my career, and it’s not to do with luck, but hard work and tenacity. Opening my salon and becoming an educator were always my biggest goals.
